Had the worst experience last night at the er. Was there for over 5 hours for my three-year-old who had surgery there 2 weeks ago and they did awesome but his incision got infected nurse came in one time doctor came in one time and then I talked to the surgeon who was on duty more than anybody there didn't even know he was getting X-Rays done until x-ray came and got us there was no communication whatsoever last night never ever have I had a problem with Cardinal Glennon until last night it was kind of disappointing.
We have been here for almost a week, and they have been amazing with my daughter. There's so much for her to do to keep her from being homesick.
For the most part they did just about everything to keep us updated on condition and helped me to address my concern and worry.... I've been coming for years and couldn't ask for a better staff .
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They took excellent care of my daughter when she had to have her appendix removed. It was our first time there and we were definitely impressed.
The lady that registered us for surgery yesterday was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! HER TONE OF VOICE/ATTITUDE had me more upset than I already was going in there BUT after I got past her EVERYONE WAS SO NICE & EXPLAINED A LOT! �
