Not only did they give the wrong care instructions for my son after being in a car accident in September (discharge instructions said he would wear a neck brace for 1 week and could take it off at night, it actually has to be for 2 weeks and cannot be taken off at all), but they billed the wrong insurance. You would think it would be easy to contact them to correct that but I am here to tell you it isn't. I have made over 30 phone calls since October and still can't find anyone who can help.
