SSM Hospice is truly top notch, I highly recommend. Everyone I have met is AMAZING and experts in their practice. The kindness and compassionate care they provide our residents cannot be beat. Very judgmental about people’s living situations and freely give incorrect medical advice to people who aren’t their patients. They also show up at your home unannounced.
Was really upset with the company. They ran my insurance after I lost it and told me I owed almost $300. I was so up and asked to speak with someone higher up. I got Suzie. She was very nice and understanding. She was very willing to work with me and actually help me out. I was so pleased by the end of our conversations and she gave me a lot of helpful information for the future. Thanks for your help Suzie.
