Calling SSM Health at Home or any of the 25 different "arms" of SSM Health is a complete nightmare. I am trying to pay my bill and get a receipt for my HSA......it has been 9 different numbers, 7 different transfers, and a total of over 3 hours. This has happened even worse and several other times dealing with any of SSM health for billing questions or to contact. I was worried with how bad the reviews are, but John was excellent at getting me set up with a CPAP machine - very thorough and professional. Fingers crossed that I don't have issues reordering supplies; I'll update this post once I have gone through that.

After looking at the reviews, maybe it’s a blessing I was denied services. I’ve been waiting two weeks for the supervisor named Henry to Call me back and send a denial letter explaining why I was refused services. Telling me that I was violent and verbal abusive without a date, time, place, or Denial letter is a little suspicious…. 🤨 I’ve never been violent in any type of setting. Me being verbally abusive to someone who is trying to help me another red flag.🚩
