I rarely leave reviews, but this place is bad. I can never get the supplies I need in a timely manner, if at all. I had an order for compression stockings put in MONTHS ago, was told they received it and someone would reach out. No one did. Now I have an order for a pneumonic compression pump that was sent a month ago. Again, I was told somebody would reach out. Nobody has. I called the main line, was transferred three times, only to land on someone’s voicemail inbox, leaving a voicemail for a person who never called me back... read more
SSM Health at home has been taking care of me for over 5 years and I appreciate all they do for me with my BiPap machine.
Calling SSM Health at Home or any of the 25 different "arms" of SSM Health is a complete nightmare. I am trying to pay my bill and get a receipt for my HSA......it has been 9 different numbers, 7 different transfers, and a total of over 3 hours. This has happened even worse and several other times dealing with any of SSM health for billing questions or to contact. I was worried with how bad the reviews are, but John was excellent at getting me set up with a CPAP machine - very thorough and professional. Fingers crossed that I don't have issues reordering supplies; I'll update this post once I have gone through that.
