We didn’t necessarily have a bad experience, so this is merely a suggestion for anyone who is checking in for an appointment in orthopedics, and you have small children who will want to walk down the hall to visit the play area with the buses. When checking in, we were told we did not need name badges since we were just going to ortho right there by the welcome desk.
