DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IN ANY WAY. My story: I bought a subwoofer and wanted it professional installed. They did all that with a one year warranty. A year and half almost 2 my subwoofer starts cutting out sometimes but still works So I make an appointment to go to the shop for 3pm. This family run business was such a pleasure to work with; however, I am positive my vehicle was NOT a pleasure to work with so I really appreciated Ken's gusto in wanting to get everything figured out when it was determined that my whole electric connection was a hot mess. Ken undertook reaching out to engineers and getting their assistance in troubleshooting options. Thank you Sound Solutions for the great service. As my original stereo got stolen, you went above and beyond with not only installing my new Kenwood truck stereo and rebuilding the dash, but also completely rewiring everything as it had been ripped out during the theft. I really appreciate how you stayed after the shop was closed to finish installing everything, as promised. Love my new tunes!!
