I like this company! – What I first liked about this company is that they answered the phone. The second reason is because they specialize in managing small apartments as well as bigger apartments. The few companies that I did reach, said they didn't deal with small apartments. I like how they treat you. I have a quadplex and while others said no, so far, I'm being treated like one of the "big boys!" I'm going to renew my contract with them when it expires.
The best in customer/client service & management – SSDC Management is a company that goes beyond what is expected. I have two properties and both are managed well, occupied and each unit is renting for more than what I thought I could receive. The representatives provided marketing information to show me what price they felt it would rent for and offered suggestions on what would make my properties more appealing.
