Melissa and Amber were extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. They guided me through a daunting process, identified my anxiety and worked to calm it. Melissa went above and beyond completing my claim and working to have it submitted, reviewed and ultimately accepted. The past three years have been extremely difficult for me learning to navigate my worsening condition on my own. I can not adequately express my heartfelt thanks for the work she did on my behalf.

Worse experience ever. I should have used a company that has an attorney. My advocate was not a lawyer and caused my denial of benefits. Now I have to start over with no back benefits. Lost over 2 years of benefits.
