I was really excited to get my windows cleaned. I’ve had them sparkling and clean in the past. Unfortunately the service I received was not great. I asked to specifically help me get off any leftover tape or ticky tack that were used to hang up children’s art. The windows looked the exact same with no effort to remove those items. I would think window cleaning experts would know how to remove them. I’m hopeful they can make it right.

Poor experience - took 3 visits to complete a simple but expensive gutter cleaning. First visit parts were left undone, pieces left on roof, major gutters not cleaned. Meanwhile while they are figuring out when to come back to finish and resolve the job, I received spam-levels of notifications on payment due. 3 different texting phone numbers, phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
