Not a good experience. I’m a real estate broker in Ashland and had used SSC, a local company with consistent staffing, in the past. I booked them for a client for window and gutter cleaning prior to listing. I was honest about havinf only an estimate of number of windows - and happy to pay for whatever work was needed; the robotic script- reading scheduler couldn’t seem to proceed in that manner, but finally did. .
