Alex and SS&B Heating & Cooling were excellent to work with. Alex showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on and how he planned to fix it. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and everything was left clean and dialed in when he was finished. It is obvious he knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable service. I would absolutely use SS&B Heating & Cooling again and highly recommend Alex to anyone needing HVAC work.

I had a gas leak before the snow moved in. They understood the emergency and had someone out the same day within a couple of hours. Alex was quick and honest about the leak. Any issues I had were resolved and I had a warm house during the cold weather and snow.

Jon, the service tech that came and repaired my heating problem, arrived within the timeframe that was scheduled and found the problem immediately. Repaired, serviced and explained everything that I could understand. Jon was friendly, extremely skilled and knowledgeable of his job. I would and will highly recommend KK&B for all future work!
