Shane from S & S was great, spoke to him initially with my concern and he was able to give me direction clearly to run a diagnostic test. I check back with after 24 hours and he was able to determine the issue with my refrigerator. He was communicative with his timing, affordable and upfront pricing, as well as informative. He even helped do some preventative services on my washing machine and dishwasher for free. If I ever need any of my appliances fixed I am for sure going to call S & S again.
