"I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this contractor. After we purchased our home, he proudly posted on Facebook about the work he did for us, boasting of a job well done. STAY AWAY! Overpaid, gave as much time as requested, he still didn't come anywhere close to completing one item on the quote, left the property in worse condition and then asked for more money! Shaun Jones gave me a quote to rehab a $150k single family home in Detroit on 2-22-22 and began work 3-8-22. My house is much better now. Everything that I needed done have got done correctly and professionally. Sean and his workers did a amazing job and they was always on time and accordingly. Always called and gave me heads up on everything. They was working around the clock to make sure things have got done and that fixed things on my approval. I hired S&S to completely tear off and replace the roofs on two homes. They were on time, accurate in their estimate, very professional, completed the project and the estimated time frame, and did a beautiful job with the cleanup.
