We had a leak in the flange on the grey water side of the valve. We called Friday, from the campsite in Schodack. A very nice secretary said they would be here sometime on Monday. Scott got here right around 1 pm. Even though he needed to go get parts, he provided the service with a smile. They took care of making the notifications for the extended warranty approval.
