RecommendedFrom the women receptionist who answered the phone to Scott the repairman himself gave amazing service. I arrived in Lake George late on a Thursday to find our toilet leaking in our camper. Friday morning I called and they were out that afternoon exactly when they said they would be. I am so impressed with there service and highly recommend.
All my friends will know not to use your Business. Cus you charge to much to fix thing you charge me over a 100 just for a appt and the lady that talks to you on the phone needs to get fire cus she likes to play games with customers...

Your camper is onsite & we charge a service call To come out which you paid for we Didn’t have the trap on the van so we provided you an estimate to replace the trap , strainer & the end which may have had to be cut & glued in if they were different threads so the estimate reflected all of that & if it were less you would have been charged less I’d rather tell you it was going to cost more than say it would be less then have to charge you more , & this is the policy we apply for all customers
Thanks to S&S for helping get my moms new to her camper set for the season. She had some specific request to up grade. I called Scott who gave us his recommendations based on what she wanted and what she wanted to spend. He got us the parts quickly. It was DIY install that couldn’t have gone smoother. Proud to support small local businesses with hard working local employees.
Scott met us the same day we called. He was quick at figuring out what was wrong and did his best to patch it together so it would function until we were able to get the replacement part
Return a phone call. Have left at least 4 messages over 4 weeks. Have parts in house and will not schedule repairs.
From the initial office contact to the service call by Scott, our entire experience was great. Very timely and professional! Thanks for saving our vacation!
