At first I thought this was a great company ....and then they promised to deliver bed rails ...and never showed up ! After 3 days I called to ask about them and was told I would receive the bed rails on Friday they never showed up then the following Tuesday I called to ask when the bed rails were coming and I was told I would be called back in 10 minutes never received a phone call after 5 hours I called back only to be told that the VA didn't give us the side rails and I would need to contact them.
