Yep. It was me. I busted up my sprinkler line pretty good with a shovel. That pipe was one tough "root" too but I powered through it :) Thankfully, SS kept me from digging myself even deeper into a financial hole. That top notch tech even found a 2nd gusher the fiber Internet company cut a few months prior. That one wasn't my fault.

We had used SS irrigation last year for the back-flow testing, they were the better price of the ones is called. When our sprinkler system had a leak this year I called them again. They were booked out for weeks (3-4 weeks), day of appointment they call say they are running behind- no problem it happens. Then crickets. Nobody shows up, so at 630 I Call the office and leave a voicemail. They call me the next morning talking about “we can reschedule you for next week” NEXT WEEK? For them missing my appointment. I scheduled an appointment with this company to come out and fix a leak. The original appointment was about a month out from the call, which was completely understandable being spring. 30 minutes before the window of my appointment, they called to reschedule due to emergencies they needed to assist with. Again, no issue. The new appointment was two weeks out from the original appointment. I called the Friday before to confirm, which they did.
