I love the fact that they were able to come out quickly after being called. Steve was awesome and went above and beyond to fix a busted pipe as well as to complete the back flow test. Awesome work. Edit on January 12, 2026: I had to change my review from 5 to 4. Not calling someone back after they leave a voicemail is awful. Calling my husband back after he makes 1 call is just disrespectful since I'm the one who scheduled for yall to come out. No worries though.
Yep. It was me. I busted up my sprinkler line pretty good with a shovel. That pipe was one tough "root" too but I powered through it :) Thankfully, SS kept me from digging myself even deeper into a financial hole. That top notch tech even found a 2nd gusher the fiber Internet company cut a few months prior. That one wasn't my fault.
SS Irrigation is excellent. They are on time, knowledgeable, very easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend them.
We had used SS irrigation last year for the back-flow testing, they were the better price of the ones is called. When our sprinkler system had a leak this year I called them again. They were booked out for weeks (3-4 weeks), day of appointment they call say they are running behind- no problem it happens. Then crickets. Nobody shows up, so at 630 I Call the office and leave a voicemail. They call me the next morning talking about “we can reschedule you for next week” NEXT WEEK? For them missing my appointment.
