We had used SS irrigation last year for the back-flow testing, they were the better price of the ones is called. When our sprinkler system had a leak this year I called them again. They were booked out for weeks (3-4 weeks), day of appointment they call say they are running behind- no problem it happens. Then crickets. I scheduled an appointment with this company to come out and fix a leak. The original appointment was about a month out from the call, which was completely understandable being spring. 30 minutes before the window of my appointment, they called to reschedule due to emergencies they needed to assist with. Again, no issue. The new appointment was two weeks out from the original appointment. I called the Friday before to confirm, which they did. BUYER BEWARE. Do Not USE SS Irrigation. First they refused to give me a date for a backflow test, giving me a weeklong timeframe. Then, they couldn't even manage that. They don't answer the phone, so when I finally talked with them, they said they tried to contact me, but I had NO missed calls. Then, I fired them and they refused to give me a refund. BUYER BEWARE! It was a bummer to hear that initial appointments were booked out for weeks, but I went ahead and scheduled one anyway, and I'm so glad I did! Felipe was fantastic. He expertly troubleshooted, adjusted, and even taught me a lot about my sprinkler system. He clearly explained the issues and his solutions in a way that was easy to grasp. The quoted price was fair for the thorough work he performed. Now I understand why this company is so busy – I'm completely satisfied with the results!
