Absolutely horrible customer service at all ends. Did annual HVAC inspection and the tech turned off the air when he left and had to come back to fix it. His admitted mistake. Then he got and didn't fix it again and had no air 3 days. They kept saying trhey would send someone, they never did. Asked for owner to call. Never did. Receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I've told my condo management and my real estate agents to never use them. They agreed with me and they won't recommend them either.
I hired S&S Heating and Cooling to clean my dryer vent at my condominium. Troy Baxter provided superior service and went above and beyond the job requirements. In fact, to make a long story short, he is my hero! Thanks S&S. I will be hiring you again.
