had multiple issuse using this company they never show up are return your phone calls . they very unprofessional and I'm still waiting for them to return my money for my maintenance contract. after there nightmare I found a reliable hvac company that truly cares about there customers .
I was supposed to have my fall system check-up this past Friday. S &S no showed. I’ve called and left messages several times....no answer and no return calls.
This company is the worst company in Virginia. They take your money up front for the yearly contract we have with them. Have had them for over 20 years and now it is run by an old lady that lies with every breath she takes. She has more lies than you can imagine and she blames them on her family. They never showed up for 3 days in a row and never called to say why. Her own grandson couldn’t stand her so he went with someone else to work for. RecommendedWe have used S&S for about 20 years. I was referred to them by a friend. My AC wasn't working Memorial Day 2019 and had the company come check it out that week. The friendliness, service, and honesty was excellent. This was a simple problem with my filter. In the past, I had S&S install complete units to two different homes I lived at and never had an issue with the units or service. I highly recommend them.
Show up for appointment. Make a call if no one is going to show. Had service contract for many years..No more. Not sure what happened they were always very reliable. Too Bad
They care about no one else but themselves
I originally had a service appointment scheduled for June 12th between 10:00AM and 12:00PM for duct/vent cleaning and for my air handler to be inspected/maintenance. Our A/C wasn't working very well at a new property we just purchased, so we wanted it looked at and repaired as needed (this is important and will be referenced a bit later in the review). I've used S&S for several years and have had excellent service. They replaced the HVAC in my condo about 7-8 years ago -- gave me a price for fixing the leak in the system, replacing the heating only, and replacing the heating and HVAC. I have them do the twice-yearly seasonal check and they usually come when promised. The one time the tech couldn't come, the company called me to tell me what was going on and offered to reschedule (I did reschedule).
