I would give SRT zero stars if that were an option. My 80-year-old mother has received services through this organization for years, including approximately three years here in Mississauga. There are a handful of PSWs who are absolutely stellar—compassionate, professional and dependable. Unfortunately, they are the exception in what has become an appallingly unreliable and poorly managed service. Today is a perfect example. Very poor service, don’t have anyone for weekends, don’t have the courtesy to inform us that nobody is going to attend our elderly, call them and you are put on hold for 10 minutes at least. I have tried calling the supervisor she never picks up your call, and never calls back and doesn’t take any action, worst service ever.
Would never recommend this company to anyone. My mother is bedridden and is supposed to have a Psw fours hours in the morning and 4 hours at night 7 days a week. Since she has been home from the hospital we have had almost every weekend calls that no psw is available how is this! And the ones that do show are always on their phones the whole time !!! Complete disgrace! If my mother passes it will be their fault!!!
My husband, Herbert Alexander is a client of SRT receiving assistance with showers several times a week. His PSW is Leslie Ann and he constantly sings her praises. She is competant, reliable and a very pleasant person. It's a pleasure to have her in our home.
I really want to take a moment to recognize one of your PSWs, Jennifer Allan Jennifer comes to see my mom five days a week, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She is an amazing PSW. She is extremely patient, caring, and compassionate with my mom. She treats my mom as she is her own mother.
