We had some wonderful PSWs through SRT for my mother-in-law. Specifically Josephine, Grace (I know I misspelled that), and our last PSW was Sharmaine - especially Sharmaine. She really became a family member for us. Kind and caring - she is top notch. Our coordinators were great, too.
Julia is a coordinator, and I appreciate her friendly communication as she strives to find a trustworthy PSW employee for me. I tried to leave a positive review for the PSW, but their rating fell from 5 stars to 0 soon after. In the future, I will not provide any reviews for the PSW employee.
Julia is employed as a coordinator, while Shanique works as a personal support worker (PSW). Both of them excel in their respective fields, consistently demonstrating their expertise and dedication. Shanique is particularly reliable, always arriving on time for her visits, which is greatly appreciated by both patients and colleagues. Together, they provide compassionate and attentive care, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
Under the care of this organization, my mother ended up in palliative care because of their neglect. The PSW's they employ want to do as little as possible..if anything at all. They killed my mother. The management called to " dicuss " my complaint and would speak with the PSW ( Coral) and call me back. Never heard back from them and my mother passed away because of their neglect. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Law suit pending.
