forget any idea of reasonable expectations with the supposed service provided by srt, even with advance notice the near impossible ,for them to attempt to keep a regular schedule for their clients and not interfere with their access to medical appointments their clients have by constantly stating that they cannot and will not make bookings for specific times or even guarantee that their clients will receive the care they need in a timely manner,YMMV in times of inclement weather,which I do understand and accept that no one c... read more
Sadly, I am not receiving consistent support from a regular PSW. I have experienced unprofessional service multiple times; some aides don't even come to my home, though their office is still involved. Today, Tiffany told the office she visited my home and Janale told last week also misrepresented the situation. 5 star Supervision is key to the success of reputable companies. At SRT, Jamie serves as a supervisor. She is very intelligent and keeps a close eye on patient satisfaction.
Horrible service . Very unprofessional . They don’t call to inform of staff changes I feel like I have to always hunt them down and check in otherwise the service will not be there. It’s unfortunate that I need to advocate for my loved one otherwise they will not do the bare minimum
