Worst service ever they are telling something else and doing something else.every time they said we will sent this person for dementia care they don’t know how to treat dementia person’s family they are hurting more then Dimensia hurts it self
This company has the worst customer service ever and plus they don’t even answer their phone when you call and if they do answer their phone they put you on hold for a very long time.

Was supposed to to have PSW help in the Peel region area. Never received call informing of who and when visit will be. Called night before I wanted visit at 10pm and they said yes psw is coming but an hour later than I asked for and no one ever called to let me know. Yet I was reassured the two times I called about is psw was found for the appointment that I would be notified. Am calling Ontario health at home and requesting another agency and preferably one with a better rating than 3.0
