Triupati, the coordinator from SRT, is currently on the phone with me, and it’s strange how she is altering my daily routine. This could result in serious complications for the SRT organization.
Very rude staff, drops call at a client, and would not let speak. Terrible. Client gives hours they need care, but this company never respects the time, either too early or never showup
Always took good care of our family friends, was very caring and attentive, watched them very efficiently.
The wound care nurse, Nelly Kolokolo, is amazing. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable with her work. She goes out of her way to make sure my mother is comfortable, is getting the best treatment possible, and uses the best wound care material available. We are very happy with Nelly, and are beyond grateful for her. Nelly is the best nurse we’ve had!
Care is not good. Not professional. Can’t get hold of the co-ordinators. No communication for care or rescheduling personnel.
