Unreliable, not wise in installing CCTV system. Failed to show up, miscomunicated countless times, unprepared with important components leading to repeated trips. Not able to test but then goes ahead without you able to sign off, then blames you. Argues saying a camera mounted at a location is too dark and the IR will be constant. I told them that it has nothing to do where the camera is, but what the lens and sensor is looking at (I'm a photographer).
