Well we were too quick to give a good recommendation. We bought a car yesterday thru Christina and already had to pay $100 for a tire sensor...and now we see the passenger headlight is collecting water when it rains. apparently they certify by checking only mechanical issues not safety issues....so when the headlight fails from condensation....and research shows it will ...we will sue SRQ Auto as they are not offering to make the vehicle safe by replacing the headlight fixture and reinforcing the faulty seal if needed. I just bought a car from these guys and gals. They went above and beyond to help me and came through for me. Chris is a stand up guy and his staff are too.
Unbelievable! Be very careful. They will tell you things that they won’t put in writing. The vehicle blew in less than 300 miles and they didn’t even have the roadside assistance contact info in any of the contract and didn’t get that info til about 10 days later.
Bought 2013 Dodge Ram August 28 2018 tapping after 300 miles they won’t make it right want me to pay 49.00 after paying them 3,500 and 25,000 for truck less than a month. I’m will to meet with anyone that want to hear my tapping truck and they said they don’t care about bad reviews
