If I'm gonna rent, I want to know the names of the principals, other than hiding behind shell LLCs. *SEE VIDEOS & PHOTOS OF HOW I LEFT THE UNIT* Total scammers. They took part of my deposit even though I left the apartment spotless and with no damage. I was hit with a $195 cleaning fee. The maintenance technician promised me that during my pre - move out inspection, they would remove the cleaning fee if the unit was left clean.
