SRM is quite possibly the most inept, greedy, money grubbing management company in all of San Diego. Avoid if possible!!! The biggest issue is not even the fees — it’s the way they actively avoid answering direct questions. You can send simple yes/no questions in writing and they will either ignore them completely or respond with something unrelated and vague.
