Their workers don’t not care about anything except getting the job done - especially if it’s as quick and messy as possible. Half of my driveway is slathered in concrete and dirt - and they sprayed my car in concrete but refuse to take responsibility. The works had the audacity to shed blame onto me despite this being MY DRIVEWAY.
I bought the best concrete they have (5000) so it would last. The driver kept watering down the concrete to the point it no longer looked like concrete. When I addressed my concern he said he does it to keep the truck clean so he doesn’t have to do it later. I knew the concrete was ruined but it was too late to do anything about it after it’s been poured. The next day the new sidewalk was full of cracks and the rocks surfaced to the top.
