We are happy to report that SRK was able to successfully resolve Mark M's concerns to his full satisfaction.
The staff at SRK is very helpful and always willing to answer my questions. As a new owner and new to the state we were not familiar with HOAs and all the crazy rules they have. He took his time to explain how its all broken down and how it works, things we need to watch out for and important dates to keep aware of. We could not be more grateful for the time and caring nature of the people they have working there.
Horrible, dishonest company. They overcharge you, will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. File liens aging houses without following the law. Overcharge and do not refund when shown the mistake. The manager is awful and vicious to homeowners. Absolutely horrible company. I have the evidence to back all of these statements.
