Very pleasant on the phone
Disappointing experience with this office. I called about a month ago, the man I spoke to on the phone told me my appointment was scheduled for 7/29 @ 2:45 & gave specific directions to the office- it sounded like his first day on the job, had to walk him though what information HE needed from ME. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited 20 mintes for check in, as the woman at the desk was helping another patient, which was fine I was more than happy to wait.
