DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! I’ve never had such a terrible experience with ever having to use a doctor. The lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more rude and the other gentleman had no idea how to do his job. To start at my first appointment they forgot I was in the waiting room for over an hour. To where I overheard the lady tell the other gentleman “Dr. Pavuluri has been waiting. You have forgotten about the other patient”. After my appointment they forgot to tell me that I actually had two prescriptions instead of one... read more
