Disappointing experience with this office. I called about a month ago, the man I spoke to on the phone told me my appointment was scheduled for 7/29 @ 2:45 & gave specific directions to the office- it sounded like his first day on the job, had to walk him though what information HE needed from ME. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited 20 mintes for check in, as the woman at the desk was helping another patient, which was fine I was more than happy to wait. Very detailed took his time with me, no wait time.
DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! I’ve never had such a terrible experience with ever having to use a doctor. The lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more rude and the other gentleman had no idea how to do his job. To start at my first appointment they forgot I was in the waiting room for over an hour. To where I overheard the lady tell the other gentleman “Dr. Pavuluri has been waiting. You have forgotten about the other patient”.
