We spend a lot of time with the parents going over the procedures, talking about alternative treatments, postoperative management for these kids, and what to expect after surgery for these kids. We're the last of the true general surgeons. So we'll operate on the chest, in the abdomen, on the extremities, blood vessels - so we do everything.
