This company has failed me significantly after I had assumed everything was satisfactory and progressing well, particularly after successfully increasing property occupancy from 60% to 85%. However, I was terminated due to false accusations regarding my residency on the property I managed, which were based solely on hearsay. My husband and I were residents of these apartments when they were called the Blair Towers. We move there because we both are hospital workers. On April of 2022, the whole building received evection notice due to renovations. We thought it was prank and they they refuse to relocate us and on top of that we had just paid our April's rent. We lived on the 4th and 6th floor. They changed manager at least 6 to 7 time a year. Worst company as a management. I was a temp for their property Richland Court . I never have worked on a property who has vendors on hold due to non payment. My experience was bad . I recently had to remove my previous review. I was asked to but I don’t think it’s right for the lies. Everyone has their own opinion, experience and voice to it.

Myan management has been a EXCELLENT company to be associated with! They have the best team! Andrea their regional is so kind and caring! They have some amazing managers and properties. Libby is another one of our favorite people from Myan! They have been a pleasure working with and I look forward to our future together!
