The building was nice when it was first built, but has fallen on tough times and mismanagement. It has been purchased by a company that tried to maximize revenue and really doesn't care anymore. PROS Between unit noise is very low through the walls, though noise from above/below is audible. Living at Soren Apartments Ballard has been an incredible experience. The community events here are a highlight and provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors. Aya, the building manager, is exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and proactive in addressing any concerns. The facilities are well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable. I highly recommend Soren Apartments Ballard to anyone seeking a vibrant and welcoming community.
Nice apartments that are in a great location, with a great maintenance team. The view of the olympic mountains from the roof is great.
Probably the weirdest tour experience I have had. They tried to reschedule my tour at the last minute and when I went there, the 2 women at the leasing office were eyeing at each other, and just let me stand there awkwardly waiting. After that, It felt like an investigation, “why do you want to move here” in a stern voice is wayyyy different from What brought you here, or how did you find us. I really wanted to like this place. The apartments are probably nice.
