The building was nice when it was first built, but has fallen on tough times and mismanagement. It has been purchased by a company that tried to maximize revenue and really doesn't care anymore. PROS Between unit noise is very low through the walls, though noise from above/below is audible. Nice apartments that are in a great location, with a great maintenance team. The view of the olympic mountains from the roof is great.
