This is a review for Diego and Diego only, thank you for fixing the things in my home and the conversation we shared. Diego is a real and honest man who helped me feel comfortable living here in soren and I appreciate that in a home.
Living at Soren Apartments was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The garbage chutes were often clogged, leaving trash in the hallways. My washer was broken multiple times, including once close to a month, and I was twice directed to use machines in empty units on other floors. When I asked about replacing the broken machines, I was told corporate approval was required. After waiting a month for parts that were supposedly on order, I demanded a new washer, which was finally replaced the next day. The elevators frequ... read more
I used to really like this apartment, but after our valuables were stolen from inside our unit, I completely lost confidence in the security here. Since then, I have been constantly worried about potential safety issues. There are no security cameras in the hallways, and the management was unable to provide any useful information after the incident.
