What a wonderful, caring doctor! My daughter-in-law who accompanied me for the procedure was so impressed, she has changed her doctor (for her daughter/my granddaughter) from her current one to Dr. Vegunta. She set the bar high! This has been a very good experience and I am so glad Dr. V. was the one I selected from the other doctors at Moran Eye Center!
I researched a doctor to treat my blepharospasm and found Dr. Vegunta. She is a neuro-ophthalmologist at Moran and sees patients by referral only. I arranged for my ophthalmologist (Dr. Brian Rose, another good doctor) to refer me to Dr. Vegunta. Totally great experience so far. She has seen me once and we had a phone call to see how her treatment plan was working. I will be seeing her again for the next phase of treatment. Great experience to be provided care by Dr. Vegunta.
She explains things in a way that are easily understandable and takes whatever time you need to feel like your questions are being considered and answered. She is the best!
Dr. V was wonderful, she asked questions that were age appropriate for our son while also explaining things more in depth to us (the parents). Being able to speak at both a kid friendly level and communicate with adults who are concerned and need more complex explanations is a skill that accomplished pediatric health care providers have. That has been a consistent experience we've encountered in several different departments at Primary Childrens.
