Randa made my lease onboarding extremely easy and took the time to walk me through the process, explain the lease and helpfully answered all my questions. I’ve rented apartments, homes, and businesses my whole life. I’ve never had a better experience than I’ve had with this company. They are attentive, fair, and have actual customer service. Unfortunately in North Carolina, it’s a stretch to say that about anyone. I’m answered to right away when I reach out and issues are resolved immediately. Even if I considered re-locating my business, I’d probably not, just to stay with these guys.
