We bought into the **********************, which we were told was to be SR Homes' flagship property. We have had water damage requiring tearing out our entire kitchen to repair. When we found the leak it was due to bad workmanship in an HVAC line. SR Homes would not address the problem even though it was a hidden leak since the day we bought the house. Then, through mismanagement, they ended up selling half of our subdivision to a substandard builder who has erected homes that don't match the look of the rest of homes. SR Ho... read more
Our home is 1.5 years old and we are already having several issues including massive water damage. Poor builders, wont assist due to lack of a current warranty. Absolutely terrible paint job on the interior (not sure what kind of builder grade paint was used but its the worst Ive ever seen in all the homes weve owned) Super disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
SR Homes are using subpar materials or subpar contractors when building their homes. My home had two broken windows installed, the corner bead in several areas has had to be repaired, they installed inadequate subpar granite vanities in the master bathroom , and the heating unit was installed with roofing tar and wood chips in the unit that would not allow it to work. Great time to find it out on a freezing night , all SR could say is nothing but does the downstairs unit work / maybe yall could live in that part of the home ... read more
