RUN – These apartments are older but in good condition overall. Couldn't ask for a nicer neighborhood. You run into your problem here with the management company running the apartments. You get wonderful lip service but make sure you get that lip service added in on your lease because they'll tell you there is no need to add their "perks" because those are standard but when you move out you will find out you have been had.
