Irene did an amazing job with the sympathy flowers for my grandmother's funeral. She was easy to communicate with, transparent pricing, and offered great suggestions. The arrangements were everything we wanted and more! Beautifully placed, artfully arranged, plentiful and fresh. I could not recommend Squires Flowers higher! Thank you for helping make this difficult time a little bit easier.
The woman who answered the phone was one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with in a long time. Looking through the reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident.
Lady was rude on the phone. Specifically told her I wanted information on how she structures pricing because I don't know what I want. She said I can't help you until you know what you want. I Had to reply in the same tone and say "I won't know what I want until I have information I need. Her tone changed after that and was helpful but it was too much back and forth. I shouldn't have to be rude to the vendor to get an adequate response.
Awesome flower shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.
