STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is my story living after at the Squire/Waverly Complex for 5 years. Don’t be swayed by the fancy new lobbies, pull back the cover and you’ll find an old sinking building needs updates and major repairs. Walk along the outside of the building and check out caulking fixes in the brick work. For me, my ceiling has leaked for over 3 years. lol so the rules state becoming smoke free and any new residents can't smoke on the property but yet staff and contractors can smoke on the property and they are suppose to do daily walk throughs but yet garbage has been on the ground for the last 2-3 days and not thrown into the bin give your heads a shake you wanna harass us tenants and visitors about smoking control your own staff and contractors especially when the so called manager summer is standing beside the maintenance girl while she's vaping place is becoming trash... read more
