My wife and I moved to Squire Court apartment a year ago, and we have been loving it. The building is always clean, pet friendly, and people around are generally nice! :) The property management team is always available when needed and makes it a priority to ensure both Squire Court and Waverly Place are always on point inside and out! I've been at Squire Court apartments 80Rockwwod Ave for almost a year. Kathy and Ray are wonderful people, the building is well kept, clean and well maintained consistently . There is ample Visitor Parking available. Any concerns are promptly addressed and taken care of .
I haven't had to rent a place for 30 + years until this past summer. The Staff were quite courteous, helpful and accommodated my questions/concerns and most importantly my 'out-of-town' travel challenge. For a limited period of time there are ongoing repairs to the building I am in. This work seems to be progressing well, only on business days, during business hours.
