I moved here in 2014 and regret not researching this place further . As per current housing market , it’s double the price to move now so many of us stay for that reason only . I’ve did my best to give management a considerate amount of time to address chronic issues with upkeep , repair and basic property standards . Easily the worst place I've ever lived. You will definitely regret it if you move here.
Parking here is a complete joke. There are no painted lines and no assigned parking, yet tenants are still required to pay extra for it. It’s unclear where you’re even supposed to park, and disputes happen because nothing is properly marked or managed. The road and parking surface are broken and poorly maintained, which makes it even more frustrating to be charged for parking on damaged pavement. pay $2,150/month and have been reporting serious maintenance and safety issues in my apartment for over a year with no resolution. There is an unsafe electrical outlet, damaged walls, and broken flooring with exposed nails, creating real risks of injury and electric shock. Management changes frequently. Could not get key deposit back. We kept the keys and when they asked for them back, we said we would return them when we go out deposit. Never heard from them again. Lived there about 3 years and was the terriblethe whole time. Water always brown, filthy common areas, outside not well maintained in any season. Winter 2023 they locked the storage room and required 24 hour written notice to go in Dustin business hours only. Difficult to access your own belongings that you pay extra to store.
