New super tendents have been at the apartment for a couple months now and alot has improved with the new management. Entrances are all clean along with elevators and all common areas, every single morning I see people cleaning and are always super kind. Management is super responsive and understanding. Only complaint is the apartments arent super sound proof but that's because it's an old building and I've done a few quick and cheap things to make it more sound proofed. Lived here for a year they did not return my key deposit, unfortunately had to deal with pests despite constantly cleaning and trying my best to prevent it, they are extremely unprofessional they gave me a rental increase without any notice, the apartments are terribly renovated, they will not come and replace anything for you. In the summer you can’t have your ac and another appliance like a blow dryer or microwave running or you will blow a fuse.
The building management is so shady. They have been holding onto our key deposit with no way of reaching them. WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE OUR KEYS BACK . GIVE ME BACK MY KEY DEPOSIT.
