If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. Moved into this building over a year ago and from the beginning had Pharaoh Ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Let management David know and traps were laid and didn’t work, then sticky traps laid and they caught mice and there was an opening under the bathroom sink never covered. I moved here in 2014 and regret not researching this place further . As per current housing market , it’s double the price to move now so many of us stay for that reason only . I’ve done my best to give management a considerate amount of time to address chronic issues with upkeep , repair and basic property standards . I have shared my many concerns with head office , often describing in detail and sharing up to date images to enlighten them , with no appropriate response .
