I had seen the Dr. about nerve tingling in my R foot, from spinal canal narrowing. He suggested a Spinal fusion with 4 screws and laminectomy in L4-5 area of spine. Woke with severe pain, and it has not stopped to this day!!! I reported pain to him after but he didn't seem concerned. I had to have a surgery, 2 yrs later but that also did not relieve my pain, I now have to have my 3rd. A terrible doctor
The surgery he performed upper spine realignment/fusion, was the best technique, most difficult, with the quickest recovery. A new man when I awoke, and TWENTY YEARS LATER (now 66yo) I have enjoyed complete spinal health.

My experience with Dr. Squillante was excellent and 5 stars. I found him to want to take the least invasive approach and also what minimized any expenses on my part. I was even allowed to get a follow up MRI and not have to visit his office first. He have me all the time I needed as we walked through the MRI and then gave me suggestions that would help me avoid extra physical therapy visits. And I forgot to mention his original diagnosis matched what I found in the MRI. Great honest doctor!!!
The best....
He was condescending about me seeing a chiropractor to help my neck issues. I had cervical surgery. My pain is fixed but my spine didn't fuse like it should have. During the surgery something happened and now I have a permanent paralyzed vocal cord. After surgery he kept saying my voice would come back, it sometimes takes longer for some people to get their voice back. He was very nonchalant about any concerns I has after surgery. I am glad that I had the surgery, but I have other issues now.
As a doctor and was be friend who has done numerous surgerys on me event hough he does not beleave in me he is the finest surgeon I have meet .and a pleasure to know if care and process surgery and help you are looking for look not further I have looked for years and to my releaf Finally got surgerys the veterans hospital did not complete my hurts were he did not beleave me but forget what you beleave he is not one to overlook anything so if the best you want it's him thank you for your care
