This was a great car wash not to long ago when the Army vets owned the facility. It was immaculately clean and now its a cesspool. I paid for the "Ultimate + Wash" which was supposed to include a free towel and dash wipe and today nothing! Additionally it was supposed to have tire shine which it did not. Going through the brushes it sounds like your car is going to get crushed. Blowers are totally ineffective and the exit "GO" light was inoperable.
