We hired Squeaky to clean after a renovation. Henry and Daisy did a fantastic job. The night before I had noticed dust on the lightbulbs of our dining room light fixture. That was to be my test as to how thoroughly they would do the job. Sure enough when I took a look while they were in another area Henry had actually CLEANED THE LIGHT BULBS of the dust on them! Super team and I highly recommend them!

I had a very disappointing experience with Squeaky Clean. During their cleaning service, my stone bath mat was broken, and despite reporting it right away, nothing has been resolved. It’s been over two months, and I’ve followed up multiple times with Jane, but she was unprofessional and didn’t help solve the issue. It seems like the whole company operates this way — avoiding responsibility and ignoring clients once a problem occurs. This level of service is unacceptable. I booked a 6-hour move-in disinfection clean with Squeaky Cleaning, and the customer service I received during the quote and booking process was excellent. However, on the day of the cleaning, the customer service was abysmal. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, and the cleaner was not present. I called the booking agent several times, who informed me that the cleaner would contact me directly, which never happened.
