Booking experience was good, they asked detailed questions on the phone to ensure they understood what I was looking for. I booked one month in advance because I wanted a deep clean ahead of an event at my house. I emailed again a few days before to confirm and they confirmed. Day of they didn’t show up so I called, they said they’d tried to reach me and unfortunately were not going to make it. I didn’t receive any emails or messages letting me know they weren’t coming. Disappointing customer service.
Not happy with the cleaning service provided. Booked cleaning slot for deep cleaning 5 hours for an empty 2000 sq feet 4 bed 3.5 bath semi.2 ladies arrived on time. Inspite of telling deep cleaning of bath and kitchen is priority, they dint clean the stained bathtub, inside microwave and skipped few kitchen cabinets. One of the lady stepped out for coffee break and arrived after an hour. I had to clean down the washrooms and kitchen myself again. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Andrea and team did a great job cleaning our house post renovation. Bathrooms looked especially great!
Had a wonderful experience of my elderly parents condo "deep cleaned" by Squeaky Cleaning. Catherine was very kind and made the process of booking and payment simple from start to end on super a short notice, she was very accommodating and sent a great team. Sandy and her team were punctual and worked diligently the whole time. Very happy with their work. The condo looks and smells great! Thank you
