I had booked a post renovation deep clean for end of Nov because of the good reviews. However, they called me 3pm the day before the appointment and told me that the cleaning crew could not make it anymore and had to reschedule. Completely unacceptable and left me in a very bad position as I had moving company booked the following day so I couldn’t reschedule given how last minute it was and was forced to cancel. Will NOT recommend this company to anyone
