terrible customer service – The customer service was not good. I bought a Groupon from them and then was unable to get a hold of them to schedule a cleaning. I called every day for a week and got an answering machine every time. I left Voice Mails but they never called me back. Finally they called back and I scheduled a cleaning. Best in Chapel Hill I have used Squeaky Clean for years. Their team of window cleaners/ gutter cleaners are excellent. Are in and out in a short amount of time but do a thorough job.
