She was over two hours late, blamed her GPS when she put in the wrong address. Overcharged me, didn’t do two rooms. They dusted around things instead of moving them. Pulled blankets over rumpled sheets to make the bed. I had to ask to have things redone. Unprofessional. Not even an apology.
