Used the vac this am and it does not take quarters. Put in my credit card and the vac would not turn off. The screen would not respond and kept charging my credit card. No phone number anywhere listed if you have a problem.
RecommendedJust under $30 a month you get a car wash everyday. It is not touch free but idc I live in nys the salt is gonna ruin my car before a car wash does
I have a brand new truck. Ran it threw your cortland location today, paid $22 for your best wash minus the tire shine and it looks like hell. There was no soap and it’s covered in water spots. It never even touched the lower half of the truck. I am very disappointed in this place
Not open during posted hours. Monthly subscription but can’t find them open.
Took credit card- did not say enter- tried card again. Still nothing. Put $20 cash in- it took it- and went it. Later found it charged my card, too. Disputing charge with bank Tomorrow- number just rings and rings. No answer- no voicemail.
Only put out water and just stayed on the pull forward green sign nothing else happened. Want to be reimbursed!!
I have two charges on my card which should have been only one
Took my credit card; put out only soap. Would not rinse. Would not stop. Would not tell me how much I had spent. Can't get in touch with them. Have no idea what they've put on my credit card.
