Dr Lau is great dr. He listens , is not pushy, very understanding.HIghly recommend.
I had an appt at 1:40 got there at 1:30 there was no other patients in the lobby. I was called back to get b.p and weight done, then put in a room where I sat for 40 minutes. At 2:30 I walked with out ever seeing a Dr. Nobody was in the lobby when I when I left. My time is as important as theirs. I already paid my co pay for my appointment. I can't wait to see what they bill my insurance for 🙄. The DR walked in from the parking lot at 1:20 I assume from lunch. I won't be going back there. I see other reviews saying he's gre... read more

I want so bad to give 5 stars, and I had meant to give this a month or two ago when I was in but forgot and had my review sitting in my notes. I love square one, But I need to make another appointment and I hesitate to do so because those glade plug ins make me sick so please please remove the glad plug ins!!! They are so unhealthy and give my family a headache and we feel sick all day after coming in. Dr. Lau and all of his staff are amazing. He never rushes. He fully listens to all of your concerns and addresses them. He treats you like a person and not just another case. He and his staff are very respectful and kind. If you’re looking for a doctor, he’s the one!
