Went in for an appointment with Albert to get a haircut - the experience was amazing. Not only was the staff super friendly, the place was clean and Albert took the time to give me the perfect haircut. Price is reasonable and the complimentary beverage elevated the experience!
Made appointment, made clear it was time sensitive. I was 5 minutes late and someone was already in the barbers seat. That’s completely fine, but there was no communication. No phone call, no text, if they did I would have told them a 12:05 arrival. What’s the point of an appointment if they can’t even offer a 5 minute grace period?
Best place for a veteran to get a cut!
Great people, terrible barber. If you don’t care about the client, don’t cut their hair. The barbers have the right to refuse service. I asked for my hair to be trimmed slightly, even providing a video, but Toya refused to review the video to ensure the haircut was done correctly. Details matter, clearly for certain clientele. I won’t be visiting this location any longer.
