we had a wonderful experience with Jason, we stopped in at 10am and by 3pm we were driving away in our Ford edge. he even went above and beyond to show me how all the functions worked in my car.
Everyone there was great and there was no pressure to buy the car.they did push the warranty and gap insurance and the loan was in the gray area .but the car i got still had 2 years warranty from the factory. so I think im good.
19 year old son's truck literally blew up and caught fire in engine compartment within 4 days. Direct quote from Squared manager " once you drive it off my lot it's not my problem"... Flip it - purchased car at Arko in Willoughby after 2 days the starter went out , the owner TOWED IT BACK and replaced starter free of charge. Who would spend your money with ? One of the best vehicle purchasing experience ever. Nice selection of vehicles at real competitive prices. The best part was the people that worked here. They treated me like a human and not a piece of meat like other local dealers. And Mike helped me the whole way thru. I have nothing but praise for him and his customer service. Overall real laid back place. I would highly recommend. And I’ll probably get my next vehicle here.
