Great Service, Friendly Folks
In combination with Samaritan Ministries, Square1 has truly changed our view of the healthcare system. Let's be honest, I'm usually calling Dr. James because of something to do with my kids. My husband is always amazed at how quickly Dr. James can talk me off the ledge and remind me that not everything deserves an ER visit! We are so thankful for the entire Square1 team.
James is amazing - not only quick call-to-visit time, but truly listens to the patient (and family) and checks in regularly to make sure the course is progressing. I can’t say enough about how he has helped my dad.
Amazing!! I've been following Square1 for awhile, very interested in the direct provider service but hesitant to leave my traditional Dr office visits. I wish I would have switched much earlier! Texted James with an issue and he had me come right in that morning! Within an hour, I had been diagnosed, to the pharmacy (my prescription only cost $3.81, WITHOUT INSURANCE) and back at my desk. Talk about service with a smile!!
Just joined after I started a new job where I work with children (who are sick ALOT) so I needed a easy way to keep myself healthy. I got a cold last week texted James about it told me how to take care of it. He texted today to see how I was feeling! So great to feel like a doctor cares.
If your looking for a 5 star health care provider, look no further!! James has been a long time friend and Doctor of mine. James was there from beginning to end when diagnosed with testicular cancer back in 2011, always available day or night when I needed him or had questions, compassionate, knowledgeable, an all around pleasure to be around!!
