Worse customer service ever! After having the appointment to see the house for a week and confirming the appointment at 3:51pm, I received a text at 5:53pm... “This property has been rented.” -Brian w/ Square Properties”. No attempt was made to offer a different place to see. I wasted my time with this “professional “, don’t waste yours.
The absolute worst management company I've ever experienced. Brian's service level is less than a 1. We've had issues with propert since we moved in and after pics and request to repair a water leak the hardwood floors have buckled and the drain does not work. We addressed these issues over a week ago and all we get from Brian is we'll call you back. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTH MANAGED BY SQUARE PROPERTIES especially by Brian.
Never met a more unprofessional group. Their communication is terrible. They never return phone calls. And despite their pitch of customer importance couldn't have a more ignorant group.

The process will be clear and well planned; all aspects of the contracts will be carefully explained and they will keep you in line with all contingencies so that you don’t miss any of them. You truly feel you have a team of professionals working for you.
Brian Sindvik is a very non professional person... I have been on limbo for over a month waiting for a home that after a month is still not ready. Brian has been giving me the run around to get my deposit back even think explained to him that my kids and I were homeless and have literally went broke staying in hotels and need that money to secure accommodations for tonight..... my kids and I are sleeping in my car
