I have been coming here for years getting my pedicures and have never had one done the way I experienced today. He took my toenail polish off then immediately started pushing and cleaning my cuticles without using any cuticle softening lotion/cream. I had the packets and he did the scrub and masque together instead of the masque with the hot towels.
