The worst store… the worst nails extension quality.. they just fall off in 10 days and when asked they say they can’t help us with it.. their quality is worst. I just had a very bad experience with this store.. their person who answered the call was very rude when I tried to talk..
Worst customer service ever!!!
I always been to sue she is the best, but today I have such a bad experience with that old guy I called and asked for nails design and I told him I will be in there in 15 min he said that they are available in 20 min and I sit on the chair longer that 40 min just soak them of and I ask him how much longer I have to wait he said I don’t know they are just wasted my time and ending up not getting my nails done.
I been here twice and they did a horrible job. One of my nails have fungus under it and my nails turned yellow. I will never go there again or the one in South Euclid. They need to reimburse my money and treat the fungus out of there pocket not mines.
Was extremely overpriced. Brought up concerns of my fill being 91 dollars with a design most nail salons charge 10-15 dollars for was 25. She said yes and then again asked me to tip. I came here on a whim and was not expecting to pay almost 100 dollars for a fill.
