They did my nails beautiful and very welcoming the first time I went. But to get them removes 3 weeks later I walked in and the lady said oh we are not doing soak offs today and left it at that plus I came in the day before and said they were closing but allowed another person behind me to stay I'm assuming because she didn't walk out after me.
This salon is not professional in any aspect. The OVER WEIGHT lady whose hair is cut in a short bob is very unfriendly. When entering the salon her seat is on the right side, maybe the 3rd seat from the counter. Her demeanor is very unwelcoming. Go elsewhere.
