I have always had a good experience with MPh2, the repsentative's have always been friendly and polite. I called today, to let them know I will be making my payment 10 days late. Spoke to a representative by the name of Elsa. She was so unprofessional & rude. Requested a supervisor 5 times, before she finally transferred me to one. I know the owner of the dealership I purchased my car from. I will definitely be informing him of my experience. I will be looking for a different lender ASAP.
